Return and Refund Policy
Rattanelect believes in total customer satisfaction. Our sales team ensure that your get the best suitable item at the best price. However, we do support products returns within following terms & conditions:
- Product returns and refund policy varies for each category.
- For most products you can return a product within 7 days of your purchase and claim for a refund
- You need to provide original products in 100% original packing with the invoice.
- On acceptance of the refund request, the reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the order value and you’ll be paid the adjusted amount.
- For products in following product categories, we don’t accept returns and no refund can be given.
- Personal care items
- Software
- Cartridges & Toners
- Watches
- All Accessories
- Delivery or installation charges in case delivery or installation has been made.
- On acceptance of refund, the amount will be given back in the same mode of payment as per initial payment mode. Which means that if you paid via credit card, you’ll be paid back in credit card.

- Provide your order number and request for a product return
- Our team will confirm you about the acceptance or ineligibility of the return item
- In case of return approval, you’ll get a refund within 7 working days.
